The only 1 bathroom was in the entry hall, for the entire theatre. They were tapped out of Bud Light when we got there, and no one knew how to change out the kegs so they ended up finding bottles of beer someplace and were handing out bottles of beer in place of draft. During our 20 minutes in line at the main bar, 4 draft kegs went empty (where was the beverage manager who allowed this and all the burnt popcorn to happen?) and 2 more bartenders joined the line. Then only 2 of the bars were open (again, a sold out John Fogerty concert.this audience drinks!) and at the main bar, there was one bartender working, one ditzy woman playing with the two popcorn makers trying to figure out how to make popcorn (2 beers and a popcorn $45) and a manager walking around telling people they should go in the hallway as they were going to open up two more pop up bars.
People were sent back to the box office to discuss the tickets, phones were adjusted for brightness or to make the bar codes took forever to even get into the theatre. There were three very slow people scanning tickets, and the scanners did not seem to work right. People were lined up to get in when doors opened at 7 for a sold out show. While the 85 minute concert by John Fogerty was great, and he is a legend, the theatre experience left much to be desired.
